Manage4US provides business management services, including the Track4US mobile application used by employees and authorized users to view schedules, record work activity, and submit time-related information. This policy applies to Track4US and the related Manage4US services.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on how the services are used, we may collect and process:

  • Account and organization information: username, internal user identifiers, login identifiers, company identifiers, and authentication information required to access the service.
  • Work schedule and time records: assigned schedules, projects, punch-in and punch-out records, break records, hours worked, and related dates and times.
  • Precise location information: latitude, longitude, accuracy, altitude, speed, and event timestamp. Track4US may collect location while the app is running in the background when location-related functionality is active.
  • Device and app information: device model, Android version, app version, app build, platform, push notification subscription information, language, and timezone.
  • Communications: information you provide when contacting us for support or other inquiries.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • authenticate users and provide access to Track4US and Manage4US;
  • display schedules and support timekeeping functions;
  • record punches, breaks, and hours worked;
  • support job-site radius or location verification features configured by an organization;
  • provide schedule updates, punch reminders, and other service notifications;
  • maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the services;
  • respond to support requests and comply with applicable legal obligations.

4. Background Location

Track4US uses location information to support workforce timekeeping and location-related features, such as verifying whether a punch occurs near an assigned job site and transmitting location records associated with an authorized user. When enabled, location may be collected while the app is in the background. The app displays an Android foreground-service notification while background location functionality is active.

If location records cannot be sent immediately, the app may temporarily store them on the device and send them when connectivity is available.

5. How We Share Information

We may share information only as needed to provide and protect the services:

  • Your organization: authorized administrators or employers may access work schedule, timekeeping, and related location information.
  • Service providers: vendors that help us operate the services, such as hosting, infrastructure, notification, and mapping providers. Track4US uses OneSignal to support push notifications and may use Google services to support Android notifications and map-related functionality.
  • Legal and safety purposes: when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, security, and the integrity of the services.

We do not sell personal information.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the services, comply with applicable legal or contractual obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain appropriate business records. Retention periods may depend on the type of information and the organization using Manage4US.

To request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information, contact your organization administrator or email contact@manage4.us. Some records may be retained where required by law or legitimate business obligations.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including authentication and access controls. No system or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

8. Your Choices

You can manage location and notification permissions through your Android device settings. Disabling permissions may limit features that depend on them, including location verification, background tracking, schedule updates, and reminders.

9. Children’s Privacy

Track4US is intended for authorized business users and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through Track4US.
